Swizz Beatz Sponsors Bronx Charter School For The Arts

In case you didn't know Swizz Beatz is making a positive moves, the multi-platinum producer decided to sponsor and assist in funding The Bronx Charter School For the Arts. A free art charter school for children in NYC. Swizz Beatz is a Bronx Native so it ain't hard to tell why he's come home to his beloved borough to share some love. As previously reported Swiss announced that he'd be donating 30% of proceeds from his next album to the school. After recently being awarded the "SESAC Inspiration" award for his philanthropy, he led by example by visiting the South Bronx elementary school to commemorate the occasion. Swizzy posed for pictures with the students and sponsored an art auction to raise money for the children.

This is a special story for Circa '95 because PattyDukes was one of the 6 founding members of Bronx Charter School for the Arts, as the Community Relations Director she recruited over 200 NYC kids and enrolled the first students for the first classes at the school. Since 2002 PattyDukes has been able to see the school grow and succeed. It's a true pleasure for Circa '95 to support projects that give back to our communities.
