John Forte To Teach At City College of New York (CUNY)

Props to John Forte for promoting positivity through Hip-Hop!!

Starting March 31st, John Forte will be working with In Arms Reach, a program committed to promoting a positive environment for children of incarcerated parents and at-risk youth. John will teach a twelve-week music course to students aged 12-15 years old at The City College of New York. Designed to use music as a therapeutic means of addressing anger, stress, and pain John hopes that the catharsis of song composition will help children deal with the stigma of having a family member who is incarcerated and rebuild the spirit of those who have been traumatized or abandoned.
